Mystery fish... but no salmon yet
Today while completing a full survey of the two segments of Beaver Creek, I discovered a fish that had washed up onto a grassy bank. At first look, it is shaped like a small mouth bass, but doesn't have strong stripes like most juvenile small mouth bass have. I posted the photo to our Facebook page and some are suggesting that it might be a perch. No salmon yet, but I am hopeful that we will see some soon.
