Survey compled on segment one: no salmon YET

Traversed the first survey through segment one of my reach (0.66 miles of creek). I did not see any salmon, but did get a chance to talk with neighbors about what they've seen in the past. Additionally, I have identified some challenges for salmonoids and other adult fish on their journey in the creek.

The culverts on the south side of the intersection at Troutdale Road and Division are not allowing for the best access for salmon.

The remaining water in the stretch looks fairly easy in terms of access for fish to travel. There are a few concerns I have about low fences that seem to get debris caught in them, but I understand the challenges of maintaining fences when you have livestock, and in a creek that is littered with as many blown down branches as we get in the winter winds.
